How long will my flowers stay fresh?

With proper care, most of our bouquets stay fresh for 5 to 7 days. We include a packet of flower food and care instructions with every order to help extend the life of your blooms.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM in the recipient's time zone. This service is available Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient isn't available, our couriers will look for a safe, shaded spot to leave the flowers or leave them with a neighbor. We will always leave a calling card or send a notification to let them know where the delivery is located.

Can I customize a bouquet?

Absolutely! While we have a wide range of curated designs, you can contact our floral design team directly to create a bespoke arrangement tailored to your specific preferences and budget.

What is your return policy for perishable items?

Since flowers are perishable, we cannot accept returns. However, if your flowers arrive damaged or do not meet our freshness guarantee, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo, and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.
